Ben House

Ph.D. Candidate - Nutritional Sciences (UT-Austin), Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, fNMT, PRI MyoKin, PRI Postural Respiration, PRI Pelvis Restoration, PRI Adv. Integration, NCSF, USAW L1 SPC

House has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2006. House grew up about 40 miles north of Chicago and played collegiate baseball. He was accepted to medical school without an undergraduate degree, but elected to finish his degree and pursue a career in the health and fitness sector. He has worked at the high school and collegiate level, including UT-Basketball. House is currently coaching clients and the Project Manager of The Freshmen Health Study at the University of Texas at Austin. Besides coaching and writing articles for Train Adapt Evolve, House has numerous publications in peer reviewed scientific journals such as The International Journal of Obesity and has presented his work at multiple International conferences. House believes that in order to have long term success in this field you must maintain a beginner’s mind.

Aaron Davis is a Sports Performance Coach with 10 years experience coaching athletes and teams across multiple sports. Now utilizing the Omegawave technology, Davis firmly believes health and performance go hand in hand. He is a constant student of sports performance, studying under Olympic sprint coaches Dan Pfaff and Stuart McMillan, as well as endurance specialist Damon Martin. Davis coaches athletes in the Austin, Texas area as well as international and US athletes remotely. He shares his experiences and training philosophy speaking at seminars and writing for Train. Adapt. Evolve.
