    BEN!! Don’t let me down. My training partner and I have been following your program to the “T” the last 3wks. Have really enjoyed it, it’s been exactly what I need. A great accumulation phase to lay the groundwork for more intense training these next 8wks.

    Please help direct us on where to go, happy to share feedback more if that helps. Whatever we can do to help you, because you are doing a great service to us. I told my training partner the other day “That’s why I have to follow someone else’s program, because if I didn’t I’d never be doing lateral lunges!” The APRE is fun, intense, and I despise the high rep front squats, but know that it will pay off.

    So, please keep it coming Ben! Appreciate you sharing this program.
