Full Circle

Today I made the decision that after I graduate from UT I will not pursue an academic or university based position. I will continue to work in the private sector and just devote more time to the business of building health one client at a time. Some might ask what will you really be able to do with only a PhD and not an M.D? And to that I would respond – everything except hand out prescriptions – which I wouldn’t do anyways.

Change Your Passwords to Lifting/Fitness Goals.

Do you have passwords like Candy!, mittens, or some old person's birth day. Well, not anymore because you are going to change all of them to your lifting goals. This is the real deal and it has been the most annoying slash best accountability tool I have found in the last year.

What it involves is simply changing all your passwords to goals. For instance Mino Solomon may have the password SQTallTHEweight or in order for Kristin Bennett to access her bank information she would have to type DEADlift400.
