Aaron Davis

Aaron Davis is a Sports Performance Coach with 10 years experience coaching athletes and teams across multiple sports. Now utilizing the Omegawave technology, Davis firmly believes health and performance go hand in hand. He is a constant student of sports performance, studying under Olympic sprint coaches Dan Pfaff and Stuart McMillan, as well as endurance specialist Damon Martin, and CrossFit expert James Fitzgerald "OPT". Davis coaches athletes in the Austin, Texas area as well as international and US athletes remotely. He shares his experiences and training philosophy speaking at seminars and writing for Train. Adapt. Evolve.


Ben House

House has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach or Independent Contractor since 2006. House grew up about 40 miles north of Chicago and played collegiate baseball. He was accepted to medical school without an undergraduate degree, but elected to finish his degree and pursue a career in the health and fitness sector. He has worked at the high school and collegiate level, including UT-Basketball. He has also worked with numerous CrossFit boxes in the South Central Region. House is currently coaching clients and finishing up a Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin. Besides coaching and writing articles for Train Adapt Evolve, House has numerous publications in peer reviewed scientific journals such as Obesity and has presented his work at multiple International conferences. House is driven by the ideology that coaching is both an art and a science and that without utilizing both to their fullest potential we will never know what an athlete is truly capable of.
