Training and Coaching – Not the Same
I love strength, fitness, nutrition, and health a lot. I love to lift. I have ever since the first day my feet hit the rubber and my hands gripped the plates. At first it was all for me. My gainz! This has grown less and less important to me as I have progressed in the field. Don’t get me wrong I still care – a lot. But, I use my body more as an experiment of what might work for others. I am trying new things every 4 to 8 weeks, as this allows me to filter out what works, when, and at what volume.
