What If You Are SmokeShowed? Should You Show Up?
To go along with the previous post, what if you do not live this ideal athlete life of minimized stress, perfect eating, and full recovery? Well it’s pretty simple if you come in crushed from life, lack of sleep, and Halloween candy you are not going to get to pick up anything heavy or destroy it in the weight room. That would be stacking stress on a system that is already highly stressed AKA a great way to steal gainz, get you sick, and perhaps even injure yourself.
