Yoga and Lifting - Proceed With Caution or Better Yet Knowledge
Yesterday I posted the picture above with the caption below on the Instagrams and some folks lost their minds.
My wife @casa_colibri being bendy as usual. People love her extension based poses but shewill let you know that traditional yoga balances every one of these out with flexion based poses. Some people probably wonder why I don't yogaize and she doesn't lift.
The answer is that we respect the length tension relationships of our craft. Any one loading her up is a bad idea and me attempting that up there is a really bad idea.
